Commercial Leases 

Per our Policy and Procedures Manual, residential agents must refer commercial transactions or leases to an agent that specializes in commercial properties. We have a Commercial Division, Realty ONE Group Commercial, and you can refer or potentially partner on the transactions. We also have a network of outside Commercial agents that we work with.

Commercial transaction commissions are split 80/20.  The residential transaction fee structure does not apply and is not included in our CAP program. Commercial sales/leases are very different and as some agents have found, can be very costly when a mistake is made.
